Alito is a good pick. I think the President should have gone really 'in your face' with either JRB or Luttig, but Alito wil do.
There is some evidence that Alito would be more constitutionalist than would Luttig, but I of course know nothing about either man. I just hope that Senator Frist requires a "real" filibuster and does not cave in to the 41 senators who will object to an up-or-down vote.
Alito is in your face. This is the RATS' worst nightmare come true since he will be easier to confirm than JRB. Next pick should be JRB!
