Too conservative? Nobody can be too rich or too thin. Or too conservative.

I LIKE to see the veins pop out on Chuck Schumer's temples. Of course, no matter who George W. Bush may have nominated, Chuck's response would have been exactly the same.

exactly my point, unless the selection came from the DNC, they were going to fight, all they needed was a name

Well then impeach Ginsberg and Stevens because they are too Marxist.

Notice how the MSM (even FOX News) calls Alito a "replacement for O'Connor".

What a lie! Alito would be a replacement for Rehnquist. Roberts was picked to replace O'Connor then Rehnquist died. The probable moderate Roberts replaced the Marxist O'Connor. Alito is replacing Rehnquist.

The reason why the MSM wants to keep saying this is a replacement for O'Connor is that it draws a starker contrast and helps boost the RATs case that they will demand another Marxist and Alito is "too conservative". I doubt Alito would be more conservative than Rehnquist. SCOTUS will continue to move left.
