Definitely not. I think Reid Suggested William Jefferson Clinton and Susan Estrich as two very fine potential nominees.

Oh, I'm lovin' this. If just one more justice would retire before '08.....but, if not, President Rice and Vice President Allen will get to pick the next SCOTUS nominee.

My personal hope is that Ruth Ginsberg steps down in the next year or so, and that President Bush's THIRD SC pick is someone like Janice Rogers Brown.
