And now I'm going to disabuse any FR members from casting aspersions about Alito in two other cases. The first Saxe v State College Area Scholl District involves an effeminate student who was subject to brutal abuse. HAving read the facts of the case, if Alito had not sided with the defendant I would not be advocating from him and I think most folks know that I don't endorse homosexuality. But I do endorse the law.

Next up is the supposed weak on crime gambit because he voted to grant habeas to a black inmate on death row. In Williams v Price Alito sided with the majority in granting Williams a writ after state courts had refused to consider the testimony of a witness who stated that a juror had uttered derogatory remarks about African Americans during an encounter in the courthouse after the conclusion of the trial. Here, I believe Alito demonstrates wisdom.

The more I read about Alito the better I like him.

My only remaining question is the RTKABA. Sketchy there and I don't support anybody who doesn't support that right.
