Looks like the David Duke wing of the right-of-center coalition has been heard from.
And depending on the curcumstances, there is not necessarily anything wrong with a Judge finding in favor of a gay teen or a black death row inmate. I'm a Christian and do not agree with the homosexual lifestyle, but if a gay teenager was being relentlessly harassed by other teens, then he deserves protection and the right to make his own life choices without being persecuted for it. And I am all for the death penalty, always have been, always will be, proud to be in Texas where we fry em up more than any other State, but if some death row inmate was abused or was not allowed due process, then he deserves protection under the law also. A blanket statement that Alito isn't a conservative because he found in cases like that is stupid and foolish.
Conservatives decide based on the LAW, not whether they approve of the lifestyle of those involved in the case. That's what LIBERALS do. They only support those they agree with. When was the last time the aclu defended a Christian student or employee that was harassed at school or the workplace because of their Christian complaint. NEVER!!! I think that says it all.
