No kidding. If they were smart they would have told Bush they didn't even need hearing and just confirmed Myers by unanimous consent.
Instead, they reveled in the "dissent" about Myers and now they find themselves with a real liberal nightmare....a real, known, conservative, originalist.
Schumer's very upset over this...saying the President should have picked a nominee that would unite Americans blah blah blah.
Schumer, of course, does anything but unite New Yorkers, much less Americans, himself.
