Federal Prosecutors to be effective need a certain mean, bas turd streak to be really effective. My guess is he may or may not be serious but he is shaking the tree to garner more testimony.

Does anyone know how much longer his term is. Usually, one would not anticipate a re-appointment after a four year term. This I am not sure of, but some legal egal on the forum should know.

Fitzgerald doesn't have a term, until someone stops him - I have yet to see a post from someone who even knows how to do that.
