I don't think that Rush had time to comment after Fitzgerald made his remarks. He did talk over Fitzgerald to interject that if the stakes were so high, then why not indict someone for violation of the statute.

This is almost as bad as him starting a radio show after he heard Limbaugh was going deaf.
can't blame him for talking over Fitz sometimes,,, it was so unbearable listening to him - couldn't take it without yelling at the tv.
