The single Republican most responsible for debt is Schwarzenegger himself who sold Prop 57/58 and wants us to approve more borrowing and bonds in Prop 76.

Schwarzenegger is certainly correct in one assertion. It is the political class in California that are steering the Titanic while the passengers shout "Iceberg! Iceberg ahead! to no avail.
