Yeah use old sparky but start it out real slow and build up to a lethal jolt after about two hrs.
The death penalty should be paid back in kind. If you shot someone - you should be shot. Stabbed/shot someoneone - first stabbed, then shot. I don't have the fortitude to do it, but the next guy on death row probably does. Let 'em pay it forward...
