I thought that was what Bush sent Goss there to do. Unfortunately, Goss turned his report about the lack of credibility of our intelligence service over to congress, named the agents to blame for it, and then recommended nobody be fired. Either Bush lost his nerve to rid the place of them, or figured he'd better appease them along with the Democrats or they might cause even more trouble. No wonder they are gloating. They'll be gloating even more as more people are accused and indicted.
