And if Libby's any kind of a team player at all, he'll not drag out a case that, if it goes to trial, will require Mr Cheney and others (Rove, etc.) to be called to testify either for the prosecution or defense. In the big picture this is a big problem only for Libby, not the administration.
You trust a guy who stated to a memeber of congress that he thought Mark Rich's actions were treasonous and then couldn't answer when asked " So how come you called him to congradulate him on his pardon ?"
I don't trust him for a second
