You seem to forget that Sam Waksal is in jail. The Stewart case was totally different.

Waksal being in jail has nothing to do with it. Stewart went to jail for lying about something that was not a crime in itself.

She did something clearly illegal for personal gain.

Libby did nothing of the kind and I don't understand why he didn't get better legal advice BEFORE he spoke to the investigators.

If it's true that he attempted to erase his hard drive, that is truly dumb dumb dumb.

You cannot have your attorney in the grand jury room with you, but you can have your attorney outside and you can go out and ask for his advice and/or guidance after ever question if you wish.
