Libby has no right to lie to a grand jury just because he thinks the charges are lame. What's so hard about telling the truth?

Amen! If you can't tell the truth to the grand jury, you have no business working in an administration. Now, if he is later acquitted, he should be again given a position, just to tick off the lefties.

You're still not getting it.

If I were Fitz, and this is all I could come up with, I would be too embarrassed to actually try to take this mess to trial.

Prosecutors have discretion. He should have utilized his, packed his bags, and gone home.
