LOS ANGELES - George Takei, who as helmsman Sulu steered the Starship Enterprise through three television seasons and six movies, has come out as a homosexual in the current issue of Frontiers, a biweekly Los Angeles magazine covering the gay and lesbian community.
Like Eddie Murphy said, "If the b!tch is green, there's something wrong with the p---y."
Ahh, those inscrutable Orientals.
Some of them turn out to be "scrutable" after all.

- That's about it
I was shocked when Nathan Lane came OUT of the closet. I never knew he was IN.
I was dating a guy who I thought might be a closet homosexual. When he started singing "Hello Dolly" I almost started laughing out loud.
TMPI
Next you'll be telling me something about Richard Simmons!
I remember an old girlfriend had a similar story. She said she agreed to date this guy, and when he came by her apartment to pick her up, he said:
"Oh, my! You are not thinking of wearing THOSE shoes with THAT dress are you?!!"
Gotta save this one...
I actually used that tactic to make sure that a very dissapointing blind date would have no further "ramifacations". (it worked)(the girl in question was rather desperate, had very little conversation-material except here desire to become a mother and was not put of by my boorish behaviour during our date)
TV Remote Control(said he "accidentally" sat on it!)
Cucumber
Broom
Light Bulb(ouch!)
Flashlight (turned on & beam pointing out!)
thought it was "don't call me tiny"?
gives a whole new meaning to that scene, don't it?
btw.. put me in the category for "duh" about this "news"
His character Sulu did hail from San Francisco, CA, Earth, born 2237...
Good for you. It's about time that people call McClatchy on the carpet about his lifestyle. He used to go to my gym and everyone would talk about his "other life". He had a woman that he was friends with who also went to that gym, she was a model and gorgeous, and he acted like she was his girlfriend. There was even a rumor at one point that they were engaged. She told people that he never called her or asked her out - and shortly after that a group of McClatchy's boyfriends showed up at her house threatening to kill her, vandalizing her car, sent her threats in the mail. McClatchy ignored her and did not healp her. The Pittsburgh police did not want to get involved. From what I heard, she called the FBI about it.

I don't care what people do in their bedrooms - but this is a perfect example of how selfish a closet homosexual can be.
Everybody in da burgh knows McClatchy is homosexual... I don't know who he thinks he could possibly be fooling by staying in the closet.
I am not a homophobe.
But think of this, why is it that at some point homosexuals insist that they have no interest in anyone's opinion of them and don't want 'that' notariety, but then homosexuals hold stop-the-presses news conferences or contribute/approve to the publishing of news storys on their gay issues?
Hypocrtical?
Fans are tired of imbecilic rants??
Well...why doesn't they just stop having them?
