Still trying to find out if DD can sell me a box of cocoa. The kid I just talked to said, "Oh, no. We only sell boxes of coffee."

I asked him if he could put cocoa in the coffee box, and he said that they didn't tell him about that "when they trained us."

I asked him if he could sell me 10 cups of cocoa and put them in a coffee box. He was confused.

Then I asked him if he could sell me a box of hot water (and I'd bring my own cocoa packets). He was even more confused.

He said I need to talk to his manager when he gets in later.

I'll try.

At least you were successful. Sounds like your trip to DD was one that supported the old saying..."Dumb looks are still free." Where do we find knowlegeable employees?
