A Tampa federal agent in charge of exposing and enforcing immigration issues is being exposed himself.

Investigators announced Wednesday night they arrested 49-year-old Frank Figueroa Tuesday on charges of disorderly conduct and exposure of sexual organs.

Detectives said security cameras caught Figueroa revealing himself to a 16-year-old girl at Orlando's Millenia Mall. Figueroa is the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Central Florida.

He is on administrative leave as the investigation continues.

Assuming that he did the alleged crime then it's not too bright there chum. I guess the worse thing that could happen if the charges are dropped due to "lack" of evidence.

When it comes to our government, you just can't make this stuff up.

I heard on the radio sometime today that this guy was also seen "playing with himself" in the foodcourt. I'm not sure if the object of that affection was the same girl or not. Sounds like this guy has some issues.

Re your first post, yes, it is kind of strange. Whenever I see stories like this (and they seem to be increasing in the media), I wonder: what pleasure could a person possibly derive from exposing his sexual organs?

And it's always a man; I've never heard of a woman doing this...yes, I saw on "Cops" the women exposing their breasts at Mardi Gras (sp?) but I have never read a story about a woman exposing her primary sexual organs to someone in public.

Anyone have any insights in this perverted behavior?

I can think of at least a couple of reasons:

1. Men are pigs
2. Male genitalia is more naturally exposable than female genitalia (a woman can't just unzip like a man can)
