What are YOUR "qualifications" then for Associate Justice to the Supreme Court? And then, after you spell those out, please support your opinion with a cite to said qualifications being required by Article and Chapter in the U.S. Constitution.

Did you have the same viewpoint of qualifications to be President of the United States? Besides age and being a natural born citizen, there aren't many constitutional qualifications for it either.

That's right - every person meeting those Constitutional qualifications can run for President - my personal qualifications are somewhat narrower, but that's not the point. Miers was qualified as far as the Constitution required.
