Careful, you might name one of those sucky Bush appointments. Not all of his appointments were from within because he was unwilling or unable to find a remotely suitable candidate from within. But, I'm sure you knew I wasn't suggesting EVERY Bush appointment sucked. You're not that dense, I'm certain.
