Waiting For Autopsy Results Channel 25
Oct 27, 2005 - Normal police hope to have results from a second autopsy soon in the death of an Illinois State University student found dead in Mississippi last week.

A preliminary autopsy on Olamide Adeyooye was inconclusive and did not determine the cause of death .

Normal police say establishing a cause of death could provide more answers as to how Adeyooye wound up in Mississippi.

Police recovered her body from a burned up barn in Newton County last Friday.

Lieutenant Mark Kotte says police believe the fire was deliberately set. He says right now, they're concentrating on finding her 1996 Toyota Corrola.

On Wednesday, Normal police searched an apartment at 917 Market, not too far from Adeyooye's apartment.

They're not saying whether or not the search was made in connection to the case.

Kotte insists that Adeyooye's death is not reflective of someone preying on college students.
