Granted she could have changed her views in the last 12 years. But even if we give her the benefit of the doubt, the fact remains she's not qualified to sit on the Supreme Court. Someone who can't articulate their positions clearly are not up to task of facing down judicial activism in our courts. That's all the reason we need to demand this nomination be withdrawn.
