I always thought the original 1933 King Kong was the first "blockbuster" picture. Some of the stuff in that film was ahead of its time.

Sheesh. How many times are they going to remake that monkey-fest? In the next movie King Kongwill be a genetic engineering experiment that went horribly wrong as a result of his having been abused as a chimp.
