Notice the prominence of the much-maligned Central Division in both leagues this year. As a Midwesterner--Chicago native living in St. Louis, also have lived in Minneapolis--I like that.

Now that the Red Sox (1918) and White Sox (1917) have ended their droughts, do you know who now is next in line after the Cubs (1908)? That's right, the Cleveland Indians (1948).
