Huh, interesting... thanks. Well, at Fenway Park, whenever a Red Sox batter hits a home run, the crowd cheers loudly... that's about it. Same at Yankee Stadium, Shea Stadium (Mets), Oriole Park at Camden Yards, etc.

At Citizens Bank Park (Philadelphia Phillies), a lighted Liberty Bell rings and moves back and forth. The Red Sox farm team - the Portland Sea Dogs (Portland, Maine) - have a lighthouse that pops up and sounds a foghorn whenever a Sea Dog hits a homer. Some interesting traditions...

At SBC Park, the Giants shoot off some sort of steam from three stacks by the right field arcade (overlooking McCovey Cove), and a foghorn goes off. Also, a cable car bell is rung. That's really cool. And we cheer. :-)
