During a conversation struck up by a perfect stranger about Ambassador Robert Wilson on a Washington, D.C. sidewalk, Robert Novak opines: "Wilson's an asshole. The CIA sent him. His wife, Valerie, works for the CIA. She's a weapons of mass destruction specialist. She sent him." Unfortunately for Novak, the stranger turns out to be a good friend of Joseph Wilson, who quickly receives word of the exchange.

That's the incident I was referring to - do you know the source and if it's been confirmed as Larry Johnson?

Well now, that's weird. I guess I'll go read the last 10 pages of one of the spy novels my husband has to see how this is all gonna turn out.

This is crazy.
