Exactly! Trust me on this one. I've worked at a District Court. This could be nothing more than "Hi Fitz, going home on Monday hey...". As far as taking the back stairs, WHY NOT? Why would Fitzgerald want to say "I can't comment" 500 times to a bunch of idiots?
