original investigation complete - nada there. Now, after FBI spoke with neighbors of Wilson's last night, Fitzy needs more time to start the real prosecution of Joe & Val's big lie to congress & the GJ.

IIRC Fitzgerald still reports to the AG and must seek approval of any indictments from him.

The following from a parallel story in the NY Sun http://www.nysun.com/article/22112

It was not clear why Mr. Fitzgerald chose to use a back stairway or elevator to reach his session with the chief judge, but if he took the usual route he would likely have been followed by a parade of journalists who gathered at the courthouse to await predicted indictments in the case.

They claim don't know why he took the stairs then answer why in the same paragraph. Does this make sense to them.

The MSM is very responsible. We know whats in Karl Roves garage, which way Fitzgerald walked thru the courthouse, but nary a clue what Mr. Berger smuggled out in his undershorts.

It's the end of the Grand Jury's term and he is reporting to the Chief Judge. I'd expect him to do that regardless of the outcome. It's premature orgasm in the MSM.

My question is this:

If the CIA plotted this whole thing against the Bush Administration, the question is WHY???? and isn't this TREASON?????

And isn't joe wilson a part of the CIA???? and why did he write a story about all this and said he 'wife' was a covert agent when she really wasn't?????

And who in their right mind would admit to someone standing at your door asking you if you knew your neighbor was an 'agent'????? Not me...lol

Whatever happens, Fitzgerald is a patriot.

Now being originally from Chicago and the burbs, I've known about Fitzgerald for quite a while. I have a friend who is in the FBI, out of Chicago, and was on the Terrorism Task Force, very high up, and he had nothing but good things to say about him. (Same guy involved in the Padilla case) The whole Chicago FBI Office was very happy to get Fitzgerald in 2001 according to my source.

Fitzgerald is a true patriot in my opinion, and has demonstrated his patriotism many times in the courtroom on behalf of The United States of America.

His prowess in battling Corruption in that liberal bastion of Chicago with daley (pathetic jerk), and the cronies is well documented.

Whatever happens in this investigation, this is one guy who I trust will do the right thing, whatever that turns out to be.

But what will the liberals do if Rove is NOT INDICTED....

No matter what, they will turn on this prosecutor, in my own opinion, like there is no tomorrow. Even if I. Lewis Libby is indicted, which is still questionable, there will be no shortage of liberal bias and going after this patriot of a prosecutor.

The liberals will be looking for blood, and Fitzgerald will then become the target in my own opinion.

Stay tuned folks, this is getting interesting. I can't wait for the dem implosion, which almost always comes, and I will also have something to say once the investigation is over.

Regards,
Joe

Remember now, it's not the accuracy of the charge/info, it's the seriousness of the charge. Ahem. Isn't Merican justice wunnerful?

My guess is that Fitzy told the judge that there will be no indictments and he needs to know if he can issue a report explaining the evidence and why there are to be no indictments.

Idle question to no one in particular:

Why would argueably the nation's best terrorism prosecutor, when terrorism prosecutions are growing by the day since before he was appointed, be appointed to investigate "a White House leak" ...?

A green-eyeshade type is what logic would have dictated. Instead, the Bush administration appoints it's best war prosecutor. Like sending the SWAT team after a stray chiwawa.

Go figure.

This is a CIA INSIDE job. Several months ago on The John Batchelor radio show the story about the Plame leak came up. It was at a time when no one thought there was any crime on the part of Rove. We all knew Plame was no secret CIA operative and had not been overseas for over 5 years. It was all distant noise.

John Loftus, the anti-Bush family, intelligence guest, said, "This is going to bring down this Whitehouse." I was shocked. It was so out in left field. He keeps close contacts with intelligence people. He's a Democrat who hates the Bush family. Like someone who hates the Kennedy's because of Joe Kennedy. And Loftus knew something about how the President was going to be brought down.

Since the threat to President Bush's administration has now inched closer to trying to get him, and Loftus knew, IT'S AN INSIDE JOB. I will repeat this until someone goes back over those WABC radio transcripts or tapes or whatever they have to record this radio stuff, and hears how Loftus is in on it. There's the treason.
