I'm really glad someone FINALLY is saying this. I've been saying all along everytime I hear one of these Democrats reading off the same script about our "not having a plan" in Iraq that I get it, I know what the plan is and I'm not the ranking chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee! Is Biden and the rest of the Democratic establishment hopelessly dim or is this just an act? Why do I, a simple citizen with no responsibility for security or foreign policy understand what that plan is but these supposed best and the brightest minds of the Democratic party after innumerable explanations and speeches by the president and others in the administration about what the plan is still don't get it?

Of course I think they know what the president's plan is but their opposition to the liberation of Iraq has always been more about scoring cheap political shots against Bush, at the expense of our troops and their efforts to ward off terrorist thugs, than having anything intelligent or constructive to contribute to the debate.

The Democratic boilerplate about there being no plan becomes even more stale and lame when you see the unfolding of democratic governance and elections in Iraq. Geez, I don't know Joe...is that not enough of a plan for ya there bud? Maybe unstitch that hairpiece a little or loosen the hair plugs so some blood starts flowing to your brain.

In a word, YES. They are indeed that dim. The current crop of democrats is so intellectually bankrupt, that they cannot advance a single original thought, but rather fall back on the same old "talking points", endlessly repeated. They are copping plays from Dr. J. Göebbels play book of 1933. "If you tell a large lie and people believe it, you are further along then if you told a small lie. If you tell a large lie often enough, it becomes true."

Jeez, and they call conservatives "Nazis".
