Absolutely right. He(McCain) gives off the impression that he will do almost anything to get GW's job. I was especially impressed when he made that little jaunt to Alaska with Hillary. That was a real classy move.... if you truly hate conservatives.

Yeah really. It's frustrating. For so many years I wanted the Republicans to gain control of the Senate like they did the House in '94, and yet, ever since the Republicans have had the Senate, they've been total non-factors! Total sell outs with no toughenss and no desire to do what the conservative majority of Americans want them to do. Maybe some day the Senate Republicans will start acting like the kind of majority that the House has been for the past decade. God willing DeLay will be returned to his majority position since he clearly did nothing wrong, and the House can continue to keep putting the screws to the Senate to do their job.
