Correction....50 women and GIRLS:

Associate Judge Nicholas Galasso sentenced Jose Rostro, of 345 Lyons Drive, to probation, community service, counseling and a fine, but no jail time.

Prosecutors said Rostro taped a woman in the hospital and that they had photo evidence of at least 50 other young women and girls who were also victims of secret photographing.

That last sentence concerns me:

The victim reportedly stormed out the courtroom after the sentence was handed down.

Where did he storm off to? I thought he was being deported. He may have simply disappeared into the next town.
