Actually, Mark Levin had a post at The Corner the other day stating exactly that - that the discovery peformed by the defense could uncover a boatload of shennanigans by the CIA.
At this point, given what I've read, I don't believe indictments are coming, unless there's something we're not aware of.
I'm prone to optimism so either way is going to be okay. I would like to see Wilson and Plame on a witness stand under oath though.
