I don't think Ronnie Earle worries about Burden of Conviction as much as the indictment itself. Just indicting Tom DeLay has been an early Christmas. A conviction would be icing on the cake, to be sure, but I think Earle gets off on the indictment as much as the conviction. Its his cat and mouse game.
