It occurred to me that all these rumors of indictments may actually be true but the context is incomplete.
It might be that Fitz is going to submit to the GJ a vote on each potential party and therefore technically an indictment is being prepared subject to the vote of the GJ.
This would eliminate Fitz from taking unilateral action.
Yeah, I'll buy that, but the media effort is designed to influence the GJ. It is in their hands.
DC is a closed echo chamber and this sort of crap usually works pretty well. The GJ sees the news, gets the views and reacts or does not react. This is the question.
However, even if the case sucks. It has done the required damage to the Admin.
There is no case that a criminal jury will buy here. None at all. I hope they have a decent GJ, but if not, we better get prepared to circle the wagons and let everything else drop.
If we don't, we cede the Dems territory that we won honestly and that fact should overcome any inside baseball over principled stands of one faction or another.
It will be big gun warfare and we need all hands on deck.
Which explains Chrissy's and the MSM smear jobs of the last 2 weeks, to influence the jury.
