(Great is the power of steady misrepresentation.)

Oh heck, what are laws anyway. A Bush staffer can be guilty of a non-crime by the press and wait for sentencing by the "judge". We have really gotten to the point of disregard for anything but public opinion.

Isn't leaking grand jury information a felony? Only if it involves a Republican.

Hmmmm? does the grand jury decide indictments ..?? I thought that was left up to the prosecutor ..??
But .. I'm thinking - the grand jury did bring the indictment against DeLay.
So .. YES, IF THE GRAND JURY MADE THE DECISION - WHOEVER TOLD ABC SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH A FELONY!

Isn't leaking grand jury information a felony?Yes. But if it hurts a Republican it's a "good felony" and no one will be held accountable.

Isn't leaking grand jury information a felony?A leak that is damaging to a democrat is a crime.
A leak damaging to a Republican is encouraged and applauded.
After watching years of this, I'm pretty sure that's how it works.

Isn't leaking grand jury information a felony? Don't think it's even illegal... wasn't WJC's GJ testimony shown on TV?

Sounds like there better be another two year long multi-million dollar investigation on this "leak".

Isn't leaking grand jury information a felony?
Yup. But only if the leaker actually has any valid information to leak. There's still no law against making up facts out of whole cloth and reporting them as news. If there were the MSM would be out of business.
