Why did Fitz call Joe Wilson?
I hope we will come to know the answer to that question.
My hope would be that Fitzgerald is seeing the things in Wilson's role in all this that bring his activities into reasonable question by reasonable people; questions which (for a prosecutor) could relate to Plame's "outing", or lies by her and Wilson concerning that "outing".
Maybe Fitzerald is even asking, if no initial crime was committed, why did the CIA want an investigation. Maybe Fitzgerald is seeing something wrong in the Wilson, Plame CIA relationships, as we do.
