Geesh man, the ACLU INTERPRETED the data and stated 21 people were murdered. I call bullshiite like everything else they do and say.

Believing this report is the same thing as stating "Ginsberg honestly interprets the U.S.Constitution when reviewing cases before the Court." It's a ridiculous statement, lies is all these people know.

I am properly skeptical of the report. That's why I used phrases like "died in custody" or "died during interrogation" and did not use words like "torture or murder."
