Sadly, it seems that she was suffering from dementia after her 1994 assault.
She was punched in the face at the age of 81 by a young African-American gentleman who broke into her home. He recognized who she was and he was angry that someone of her stature didn't have more money lying around her house for him to steal.
I wonder if the Clinton photo was taken when she was awarded the Medal of Freedom in 1996.

You are correct. I'm in Chicago and had a Trib delivered to my hotel room. Not a fitting tribute to Rosa by having her with Clinton.
