Might be a crime, but Libby telling anyone about Plame is not in evidence.
Have you been living under a rock for the past few weeks? Judith Miller testified to the grand jury that Libby told her about Plame. Remember Miller getting the clearance from Libby to break her silence so she could get out of jail and reveal him as her anonymous source? I believe Libby (along with Rove) may also have told Matt Cooper from Time. And odds are, Libby told a few other journalists who haven't yet let the public know what they told the grand jury (Novak, Russert, etc.).

Have you been living under a rock for the past few weeks? IIRC: Miller said that Libby did NOT give her Plame's name and Miller went on to say she could not recall who did.

You're the one under the rock. From the AP:
In response to questioning by Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald, Miller replied that she "didnt think" she heard Plames name from Cheneys aide, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby.
"I said I believed the information came from another source, whom I could not recall," Miller wrote, recounting her testimony for an article that the newspaper posted on its Web site Saturday afternoon.
