I find it amazing that so many feel that the most important thing ever created is the right to destroy.

Right to destroy? No, we are talking about the right to CREATE something on your own property.

Learn a bit about wetland functions

Above and beyond the debate over wetlands, Rapanos was affecting no wetlands by any reasonable definition of such.

Everyone will be up in arms when your neighbors start polluting your property (Like Rapanos).

Please show where Rapanos released pollution. Oops, he didn't.

My right (and yours) to clean water far supercedes anyones 'right' to build a condo.

Funny, I don't see that right enumerated in the Constitution. I do see property rights enshrined there.

Hmm - let's see - making up rights. Slanderous statements. Sweeping generalizations.
