How would Bennett know about Libby's notes? This has to be a leak from the SP's office...if it's real.

His client Miller could have told him that she was shown these notes and questionned about them before the grand jury. Doubtful. However, there are a lot of other possible sources for this leak. One could be Josh Hannah, who works for Libby, who is said to be cooperating with Fitzgerald. If Libby said he got the information from reporters and that he didnt have any notes, then his assistant provides the notes, Libby is cooked.
