Notes of the previously undisclosed conversation between Mr. Libby and Mr. Cheney on June 12, 2003, appear to differ from Mr. Libby's testimony to a federal grand jury ...
Obstruction and perjury, if the ONLY person he heard it from is Cheney. And hearing it from Cheney raises the possibility that Libby told Miller.

It's also possible for him to know from Cheney, and to independently hear it from Miller, etc. All sorts of possible fact patterns.

At any rate, it muddies the water and drags Cheney in for the swim.

Libby was Marc Rich's attorney when Clinton pardoned him!!! WHY would any republican represent a reprobate like Rich? I'm thinking very ill towards Scooter.....he is probably not as good as Cheney thinks he is.

Because the desperate left is playing a game of 'Gotcha', and they 'think' they've GOT something on Cheney now. If they can't get Rove, they'll settle for one they hate almost as much. They're hoping a crime was created during the investigation, if nothing else.

At least, that's my take on it. If I'm incorrect, I'd appreciate someone clueing me in here.
