Do you trust Bush's word about securing the border ? I know I don't. Do you believe that Bush is incapable of believing what he wants to believe and making an important decision on emotional, badly thought out reasons ?
Christians can lie to themselves and others. Christians can screw up. Christians can fall prey to the temptations of vanity and self importance. Christians can make big, big mistakes. Put your faith in God, not in fallible, imperfect, fallen men.
God doesn't enter into this equation. Only whether I believe Bush and Miers.
