Oh yea, once it hits congress Section 5 will be public fodder. I wonder who will be the first to leak it??? Bets anyone?
I predict that the first "leak" will be disinformation from a Democrat, probably Chuck Schumer, in the belief that the actual contents will never become public and therefore freeing him to lie about it (not that Chuck needs to have a viable pretext before spreading a lie).
Chuck will say that he has read that section and that there is nothing in it that would be damaging to anybody named 'Clinton', and the MSM will turn that into headlines of "Clinton cleared of wrongdoing allegations - Ten-year-long probe wasted millions of tax dollars". By the time that the truth comes out, it will show up on page B23 of the NYT, if at all...
