John Hinderaker has a blog with two other attorneys, PowerLine, and the last thing I would call him is a moron. All three make good reading. Harriet Miers is entitled to a hearing and a vote. Those anti Miers individuals who claim to be devotees of the constitution should insist that she get her opportunity to be heard. With the bullying and sliming of her that is going on I am skeptical that fairness is even in the equation and certainly belies the concern I keep hearing about adhering to the purity of the constitution.
