I don't know! If he did, the media hid the information - and I wouldn't put it past them.

Ah - a voice of reason.

I don't care what anyone here says - Fitzgerald, Comey, Judge Hogan, and the judges of the DC Circuit are not a part of some grand conspiracy to haul up leading members of the Administration on trumped-up charges. They are doing something in this investigation, and at least three judges have been impressed by the evidence they've seen.

If charges come down, this ain't no Ronnie Earle investigation. There will be a there there.

>>Why did the CIA refer it to the Justice Dept? And then why did the Justice Dept. refer it to a Special Prosecutor? And then why did a three-federal judge panel agree that serious crimes may have been committed?

Reminds me of a football umpire at an NFL game viewing a replay of a questionable call ... the player was clearly in bounds ... let's move on.

Thanks, I was also wondering if Wilson had testified.

It was required. A reporter said she was an operative. The CIA does not confirm who is and isn't publically. If the CIA did not do a referral, they would be confirming she was not an operative. If she was just a regular citizen, it might not be as important. She currently works for the CIA and there are probably more than a few operatives that work there.

The referral was to protect other operatives, not her.

Ames outed her, she outed herself by marrying a high profile diplomat, Joe outed her, they both outed her...socially they bragged. Take your pick.

She was in a section that gave the admin advice on WMDs. They missed Pakistan and India. They missed Libya, North Korea, and Iran.

Valerie Plame is not very competent at analysis. But she is good at internal politics.
