I enjoyed them as well. I don't watch that much TV anymore. It just seems tedious.
Good thing, because that "beam you into the warp core" stuff was just a bluff.
You can't beam anything into the warp core, the matter-anti-matter containment is inpenetrable to teleporation beams.
