All the reports on green liquid leaking, reminds me of the soft drink can on/near the ATM in the N.Y. Subway shut down a few days ago, it was said to have a green liquid in it.
Wasn't it Drano? It was a lye product.
And do you recall the college student who tried to give a message by traveling around the mid-west putting bombs in mailboxes? It was about 2 years ago.

Then there's those who think it hilarious to put rattlesnakes in mailboxes. The worst thing is, getting the mail is usually a kid chore.
