The .pdf Heritage foundation article is interesting, although I question the recommendations. Encouraging our government towards 'deep on-site penetration of terrorist organizations', merely provides a control linkage to enemies of the Constitution that is only as safe as those who control those links. When placed in an occultic, hidden, black program, we merely expose ourselves to attack from domestic enemies of the Constitution, many of whom already are led into governmental positions. IOW, I wouldn't feel more safe if Hillary Clinton was in charge of a terrorist organization, than if Osama bin Laden operated it. Arguably, I would find us less secure.
