You know, the Dems have devised a method to invade the Republican oraganizations. We need to do the same in reverse. For example, they get one of their DAs to indict Delay on trumped up charges. Now they have the power of the subpoena to go on a fishing expedition.

That can be done in criminal proceedings or civil proceedings. The Republicans need to file about 50 lawsuits against various dems and dem organizations. It is not in the nature of Republicans to engage this way, but its may be the only way to put the fear of God into the dems. It seems Nadlers statements constitute slander. Bring that fact issue to be resolved by the courts. Now you have the power of subpoena. You can root around into their private affairs all day long. That is what the dems do at every chance they get. The Republicans do not behave that way, because, frankly, it is obscene to do so, but what other tools are available.

Delay should file a suit against Ronnie Earl and subpoena all telephone records, travel records, spending accounts, everything they can think of to expose the bastard and his corrupt dealings. Go on the offensive. Remember Patton...."Grab 'em by the nose and kick 'em in the ass".
