THEN, they can complain. They haven't put their lives, reputation and money on the line to run for office, which is required in order to nominate...or even advise and consent.

Let's just shut down FR. Most of us have never run for public office. Let's leave politics to the politicians and trust that without public oversight they will be honest and do what is best for the country.
